The Client Situation
People managers within the trust were finding it challenging to know when to address behavior or performance issues, what policies and processes to follow, and how to apply different methods before escalating to formal procedures. Although a people function existed to support these managers, it was not being utilized effectively.
Our Approach
3Point AI guided the client through its AI Use Case Ideation Workshop. Using our in-house Gen-AI tool, employees were invited to complete a short questionnaire to identify business challenges that could be solved with AI. Our team reviewed these submissions, selected the most promising ideas, and facilitated a workshop to explore the top 3–5 use cases.
One use case was then taken into a detailed business and technical workshop, where we built a full business case and solution design. We delivered all findings, ROI analysis, and a pipeline of future AI opportunities.
